Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Decent 4* hotel in central location close to Emporium shopping centre,Bensjari Park for exercise and within the heart of Soi 22 with many bars and restaurants.Probably more suited to the single male traveller.Decent breakfast,swimming pools and fitness gym with friendly staff.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: 我们5人订了两间。酒店地处闹市，不错，后门一公园，穿过公司是EMPERIUM SHOPPING MALL，感觉挺方便，shopping mall再往后走是二层楼的曼谷包NARAYA专卖店，狂购了一把。我们到达酒店是临晨5点，离12点的CHECKIN尚差几小时，为照顾老人和小孩决定提前入住。前台服务员刚开始说是没空房，在我们的坚持下，总于“找”到一间房，说是付2000THB就可先入住且送四份早餐，想着也挺好，就同意了。等拿钥匙卡时居然给了我们两个房间的，当时有点犯糊涂，怎么一会儿找出两个房间了。服务员对我朋友说你的房间已经升级过了，我朋友狂喜，进门一看，和我的房间对比一下，没任何区别。看着四份早餐的份上，且一个晚上没睡好，也不搞了。CHECKOUT时才发现收我们每间房2000THB,想想睡好了，肚子填饭了，精神养好了，心也就平了。说一说酒店设施吧，大厅装修很气派，也很有特色，健身房，各种不同类型的餐厅也很多，服务也不错，唯一的缺点房间里洗手间的卫生洁具比较旧，墙砖有开裂。可能酒店的年限已长。总的来说，这个价格，这个地段，还是值的。 [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is very beautiful and very comfortabel. The only thing was that when we arrived at the hotel, one room was not ready yet. Our friends their luggage had to be stored in our room 2973. We didn t expect this at all, because this hotel is enormous!! Ohh sorry, there was one more thing. The shower did not work very proper due the scale attack on the showerhead. There was a small tickle of water coming out of the showerhead. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we stayed in a two bedroom suite. The suite itself was fine. However, the doors to the hall are too thin and one can hear others talking at all hours; especially early in the morning.

Bookingprosessen: The payment system should change to pay at the hotel s counter not online payment. Some customer still feel unsecure to pay online.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: I have stayed here some times before but then in business. But with the special price of 2500 BHT I found it OK also for holiday purpose. Nice hotel with good location. Nice pool areas (two pools). Breakfast to expansive but there are nearby breakfast places which are OK.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Too overprized a hotel. The rooms are average and not what you expect when you pay this price. We had 2 small children (2 and 5 years) who we on every hotel the whole 4 weeks journey had to sleep in our bed. On this hotel they charged 1500 Bath + extra for breakfast per night for an extra bed we had never asked for. We asked to have it removed because we did not use it but we had to pay the same money anyway - all in all on this hotel - lausy service!!! [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

There is a SkyTrain station right next door which made getting around very easy. We would like to visit Bangkok again and would be most happy to stay there again.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: nothing negative in particular, except for the grey marble floor tiles of our room. there was a problem about our A/C, so until they fix it, it felt like we were sleeping in a Turkish bath. the hotel makes you feel like you don t fit in as a family with children. the atmosphere is more suitable for business trips i guess. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We were extremely pleased with our accommodation. A lovely large, clean and smart room on the 32nd floor, with a superb view over the beautiful next-door park. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dining room was delightful. There were two pools but we only used the one next to the fitness centre, on the 9th floor in the open air and it was lovely. Excellent service from all the staff, all the time. We can really recommend this hotel and its location next to the park and the sky train made it particularly pleasant.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The good: great value if you book through an agent (PhuketGuiden.com for instance), OK location close to Skytrain, cowboy, Emporium and the Park, OK facilities, spacy rooms, security box, view if you stay in the tower.The not so good: Pricy if you don t book in advance, breakfast not included (expensive), soi 22 is not the best soi to walk at (though safe enough), the excellent fitness center charges 250B per use, small outdoor pool.All in all - nice hotel, will stay there next time if price remains in the 3000B area [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]
