Bookingprosessen: Vi bookede opholdet på PhuketGuiden.com og det fungerede perfekt.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Værelset var nogenlunde, men vi kunne godt have brugt en balkon. Da vi ankom fik vi bare anvist værelset og så måtte vi ellers selv finde ud af, hvor der blev serveret morgenmad og hvor swimmingpoolen og restauranten var, hvilket vi syntes, var for dårligt. Servicen på restauranten, hvor vi spise aftensmad, var i top. Swimmingpoolen var fin, morgenmaden var nogenlunde. Hotellet ligger super godt lige i nærheden af det berømte natmarked Patpong.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The location is good. Hotel is not big but convenience to many places and trains. However no lift to level 6 while they seem to put everyone there. having to take the lift to level 5 and walk around the stairs when u r too tired at night is not great experience. Wireless internet charged of 300 Baht should just be included in the rate.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The Rose is a very nice, mid range hotel. Clean, relatively modern and well cared for, with friendly staff and a very attractive pool area surrounded with trees. It also had an excellent restaurant at the end of the pool, which served an above average Thai curry. All said it was a safe refuse from the hassle of the streets outside. There was also a very helpful travel agent at the hotel who booked internal flights to Chang Mai and Krabbi for us.only fault would be the connecting door to the next hotel room and thin walls. Down side is location, not a family location -be warmed - red light district close by -expect some hassle on the streets. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Overall for no frills stay, this is one hotel that I recommend. Can improve more by having more English programs on TV (no English movies but News Channels only). Adjusting to the optimal warm water might be a slight challenge in some rooms. There are 7-eleven, F&Bs and shopping around therefore very convenient. Near to BTS. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This is my second stay in Rose Hotel, the room is clean and modern. The staffs are polite and friendly. However, the Taxi Driver from Airport drove to Montien Bangkok Hotel because the Rose Hotel location is not easy to find out.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: My room was nice, quiet and clean, the hotel staff was always kind, the hotel has a prime location close to the very central Silom Road as well as to the Skytrain tation Sala Daeng and to the underground station allowing to quickly reach all important part of Bangkok.Rates very affordable. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: after reading the lonely planets review of this hotels recent refurbishment being very boutique i was very disappointed with the room as i thought it was tied and old, a terrible view of a grotty ally way and many packets of condoms on display in the room - well i suppose it is based in pat pong nevertheless i found that a bit off putting. positives though it was cheap, the room was clean (bed linen etc) and the best part was the hotel has a fabulous swimming pool - so for £50 i thought this was worthwhile. the hotel restaurant in the car park was average and over priced and the included breakfast was not much. location was near to the sky train but pat pong is still too seedy for most. for budget travellers who want a pool and a clean bed this does the job.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Bad service...Booked a double room but unable to bring guest back...feel likr being in the prison even though the hotel is situated right at the lively Silom night life area..The corridor and staircase were obviously not renovated and look obsolete.. The room does not have hairdryer, TV not LCD, bed was old and smelly...and late check out is strictly not allowed even there are many vacant rooms...Other than that, room decor is ok... Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel centrally located in Silom area, Bangkok. Within walking distance to both the metro and the skytrain. An entertainment district just a few meters away. Especially I like the swimmingpool surrounded by a beautiful, small garden: A very peaceful spot just 100 m away from the noisy traffic jams at Surawong road. The staff is very nice, helpful and pleasant. It is an mid-sized hotel (I don t like the giants). I believe it is quite old, but still OK maintained. And don t expect a good view from your window. Internet access at the lobby and safety deposit box in your room. Only minus is the breakfast (not buffet). For an European man it is too small - I left the table still hungry.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Good location. Near Patpong and many massage parlours and street vendors. I enjoy the nightlife so this is great. This hotel is up an alley which has a 7-11 and seafood restaurant. The new Meridian hotel is right in front of it. My double standard room is a bit small but clean and comfy. Aircon works well. The bathroom is long and narrow. The elevator only serves up to level 5 so I have to walk up one floor to my room on level 6. Elevator makes slamming noises some times but no problem for me as its not too loud. Service and security staff are friendly. I got extra pillows and blankets from the housekeeping very quickly. Fresh condoms placed in my room but didn t use them. View from my room was bad as I saw ugly rooftops all the way. But I keep the curtains shut most of the time so wasn t an issue. Flooring is wood tiled which i liked. Pool is beautiful. There is a sliding entrance/exit door at the lobby next to the tour operator desk. This door is locked every 6pm. I wish guests could have access through this door all the time. I like this hotel. Will stay again. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel was nice and clean...But the water in the shower was changing from hot to cold every 2 minutes making it not pleasant to take a shower...Also... there is a VERY IRRITATING NOISE, that is going on NON STOP ALL DAY EVERY DAY .... it last about 5 to 10 seconds, and you can hear it every 2 minutes or so.... you can easily hear that if you just go on the sixth floor and wait there.... Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is secluded, out of the main road, which is good to avoid noise of the street, but most taxi drivers didn t know where to find it. Breakfast is below average. Receptionists can t speak english well. Rate is expensive what the Hotel has to offer. There is a good swimming pool and a restaurant at the back of the hotel. Short stroll to Patpong nightlife but beware of touts who are going to hassle you all the time.
