Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Charming hotel especially for young people – close to the centre. Staff mostly friendly apart the two ladies at reception. During my stay they have had often problems with internet connection. Daily room service and hotel bar was open 24 hours.Charmantes Hotel vor allem für junge Leute und Rucksack-Touristen – gut gelegen. Personal weitgehend sehr freundlich mit Ausnahme der beiden Damen am Empfang. Tägliche, gute Zimmer-Reinigung und - wohl eher – selten die Hotelbar war 24 Stunden bedient. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: I was so disappointed by the very bad quality of rooms that I decided to change hotel the day after.Bed very hard, rooms and air conditionning are very noisy, no blanket , no lift, strong smell of moldy inside room ...You can find a better & cheaper deal elsewhere !Positive remarks:- free Pick up @ airport with an old beautiful Mercedes car- free Wifi- very pleasant lobby [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The only good thing I would have to say is the wifi was excellent. Good signal. The guesthouse is more for backpackers on a budget. I stayed in the Lanna (more expensive room) but really was glad the next day to move to another hotel that we found cheaper, cleaner, bigger, flat screen TV, & wifi. A/c worked fine but paint chipping on the walls & ceilings were a real turn-off. Desk people were nice enough. The shower was directly where you would have to stand for the sink - no room at all. No closets to hang clothes and no desk or table for computer. I had to go downstairs to use A TABLE IN THE LOBBY. Basically, I would not recomment this place. Maybe I prefer better quality than backpackng budget but there are much better places for the price.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: A bit tired and in need of a spruce, but the way I imagine thailand was around the Vietnam war era. That being said a great place to stay, very friendly and always smiling & helpful staff. Restaurant was good value but many nearby for choice so no need to eat in house if you dont want to. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The staffs are very friendly. They give us a complimentary pick up & drop off service. Tour arrangement with reasonable price & on time. We stay in a/c lanna style room which is value for money. (For future improvement, repainting is advisable).

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Time of stay:04-08.05.2010First day I have stay in standard room but have upgrade to Lana day after and it was just fine and clean.Value for the money is good if you compare with some other guesthouses.Location is preety good,just few min walk from Loi-Kro road and straight to the night Bazar in about 10 min or 2-3 min by tuk-tuk.Facilities are simple but in function.Food good and cheap,staff pleasant just sometime paying not attention to guest s at reception becouse watching to mutch Tv.Small sw.pool was a bit surprise even haven t use it.The only negative point was the noice that staff have been making at early morning not realy taking in concidering that people are trying to get some rest.Quick and cheap laundry service,cheap internet and good possibilities to book a trip for a day or longer.Simple place for people who are not asking for some luxury or just staying for a day or two before moving to next place in Thailand.All in all I would stay there again.Good location and solid value for the money. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: I was staying in Royal Guest House from 12/4-17/4 and my room selection was Lanna Style.my husband and I love the romantic atmosphere created by them. The facilities provided quite complete include air-cond, TV with many channels (movies), refrigerator, water, hangers and towels. Of course they will have room service everyday to make up your room.You may assume that Royal Guest House is just a small hostel and nothing special. Something you may not know that they do have swimming pool, internet and bar, it s really relaxing.The customer service is effective and efficient, friendly and helpful.should you need further assistance, may seek them for help and they will make arrangement for you.Their location quite near to night bazaars and massage homes. You may walk takes approx. 15mins or may have a ride on Tut-Tut (taxi).The most crucial is CHEAP...the price is reasonable. Everything is cheap.
