Bookingprosessen: the pictures for the hotel is not updated a little bit being cheated in feeling after reservation for the hotels by just looking at the pictures supplied by the websitesthe booking service is ok
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: After checking in the malisa suites, I felt regret to make the reservation to stay in this hotel for three days as I didnt feel its worth for this expensive price. Firstly, I need to remind the hotel staff to clean the sundeck and almost all the stuff in the room are dirty and need to keep calling them for cleaning again and again. Also I cant imagine that they can just give one tooth brush for two guests to use in the room. the pool is not clean enough. In addition, there is a lot of mosquitos in the room even keeping the door closed all the time.The bathroom is not clean esp the jacuzzi area. Everytime I needed to clean by myself for half hr before I used. The shower area is ok but the pressure is not big enough. The restroom is dirty too. There is some kinds of living things such as ants, tiny insects walking along the walls and the shelves, scary and terrible feelings.How can this hotel worth for this price? The housekeepers are not qualified as everytime I needed to re-clean the equipments and utensils in kitchen and almost all area in the room I stayed.I m certainly not coming back to stay in this hotel and I will not introduce this hotel to any of my friends in their coming trip in phuket. When comparing with the laguna resorts I stayed last time, I paid just one quarter of the price to this hotel, I can get the service and everything better than this terrible hotel malisa suites. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: My wife and I loves the cosy interior that made us felt comfortable. Overall it was wonderful and self-contained to be in the villa. However, breakfast menu requested often had got dishes left out. Mosquitoes attacks were really annoying though. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Bookingprosessen: Have used Phuket1st before and have had no issues. We must thank Patrick for his patience and service as we had various changes to flights etc, and Patrick updated details efficiently and communicated them well. Transfers were on time and always ready. Will use Phuket1st for our next trip.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Malisa Villa Suites was a fantastic hotel. We had a private Pool Villa and it was more than we expected. Hotel staff are very good and were always ready to help with any requests. It was a short walk to Kata Beach which is lovely but get there early for a chair as they go quickly. We received a Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, and my partner had a birthday while we were there and they provided a lovely Birthday Cake too. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Villa are not so big, but the overall quality material are very good, and everything is nice looking and clean.We had a problème with a Candle who broke themself (staff fault, wax melted with glass), after explaining our problem 3 times, hotel finally don t charge us the candle.We will return again.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We have nothing but positive to say about Malisa. The atmosphere was very private and cozy and the rooms were comfortable and very nice. The thing that set this place apart from other hotels (as there are MANY nice hotels in Phuket)was the service provided by the staff. ANYTHING we needed they took care of, and in minutes. Often times the staff would be found RUNNING to and from our villa if we had a request such as an iron or if we had internet problems. The only real negative that we had was the pool was not cleaned our entire stay (5 days) so by the last 2 days it started looking a little green. Aside from that though, everything was great! Breakfast was great and had a decent selection and was very convenient in house with the staff showing up to your door and setting up and returning later unobtrusively to clean up. Overall a very positive experience and I am sure we would consider Malisa again if we return to Phuket. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Our expectations were met with the rooms exactly like that shown on the website. Appreciated the jets in the small pool which allowed us to swim and the electric racquets to electricute the many flies in the kitchen area. Good services provided such as free wireless including use of lap-tops and free hire of DVDs. Room servicing can be tardy at times - left a big bag of garbage in our bedroom - they had forgotten to take it out. But overall we were very pleased with our stay. Rose attended to us and was great!

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Stayed 11 nights. We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival. Room was stunning just like the photos. Bed very, very hard but rest of it was perfect. Staff wonderful and friendly. Definatley reccommend this hotel. Kata beach great, close to anything you could want. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We had a real pleasant stay at Malisa Villa. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very well maintained and spacious. Perhaps an area of improvement would be the kitchenette - it would be good if pots/pans were available for self-cooking (we had to boil eggs using the water boiler :) Overall, it was a great place to stay in and we will recommend Malisa Villa to friends. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is beautiful from its exterior. However attention to details is very much lacking for such a high end prices. On the day where we checked in, we found empty water bottles under the sofas! The house keeping department completely ignore the please do not distrub sign throughout our stay and will not hesitate to ring your doorbell and insist that they want to clean the room daily at 1100hrs.On the last day of our visit, they do not even bother to send breakfast to my villa anymore. (Perhaps for the fact that I am checking out at noon?) Overall,hardware is much better than the softwares. Service still have a longway to go to match any proper international hotels althrough their room rate is already at that international level. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]
