Bookingprosessen: PhuketGuiden.com.com were FANTASTIC! We had to leave this hotel because it did not live up to the advertised standard. We booked into another hotel and PhuketGuiden.com.com arranged for us to just pay a very small change over fee and the difference in room rates. Highly recommend booking on PhuketGuiden.com.com
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: AVOID this hotel. We had to leave after sticking with it for 2 nights. The breakfast is terrible. The WiFi didn t work properly. The building work next door was so loud that you couldn t hear the person at reception when you were speaking to them. The view from your room is straight onto the back of another building.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: hotel understaffed, hurried room cleaning. handles and knobs in bathroom need maintenance. breakfast was the same everyday and not much variety. overall the hotel is okay.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: pool access room is a good choice.only 5 rooms in this hotel i believe.stuff don t speak English well, and no smiles, not like most of the Thailand hotels that makes you feel warm and comfortable.room space is ok for 2 people staying, not so clean.breakfast is so so. Tho the hotel has just opened in Nov09, the furnishing looks old. - Bathroom is very badly design, as there is no shower curtain or screen in the shower area, you will wet the whole bathroom after one shower. Drainage system in the bathroom is bad too as it has a foul smell from the sewage.- Hotel staffs (from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping) are always having a black face . Andre kommentarer om hotellet: hotel clean but the service was very poor.When i check in,the room was not ready although i check in late.Besides,the housekeeper in no hurry when cleaning the room and saw us outside waiting.Even chatting on telephone with relax.When i ask them to hurry up,they said better for me to change room.Then we agree.when we saw one of the extra bed in my room,i ask them to remove,they turn back and said don understand english.I put my finger pointed to the bed,they not bother to see.Other than this there were small small thing we don like.i will not choose this hotel again if i go to phuket again.For me,two star hotel better than them [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Very new and nice hotel indeed but very unrefined and RUDE night shift front desk staff. Hotel shuts down room aircondition in the daytime and part of the power supplies. When approached the hotel staff on this, they said it s the hotel policy, how dissapointing. Once asked for clean towels at midnight for shower after a long day out to find out that hotel housekeeing does not open after 11pm and front desk staff will tell you no choice very rudely and not at all helpful. The hotel only has 1 security + 1 front desk at night and no one else. Shower room is not well design as water keeps splashing out through the window into the bedroom and no shower curtains to keep the bathroom dry. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]
