Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we loved our time at Impiana. the service was terrific and especially the attention we received from Yot [who works at the pool and the Bistro] GM Shen was very gracious and made us feel very welcome.we will definitely be booking to stay at Impiana again next year

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Below my expectation for a 5 star resort. My wife and I had a room with a broken tap and shower. The shower area are poorly designed as water is not properly drained from the sides (wall to bath tub). Also there is no screen to prevent water from splashing into the vanity area (suggest instal shower screen). The whole room definitely need a fresh coat of paint...... many water marks on walls. The floor have long hairline cracks criss-crossing the entire room. Finally the bed creaks .....like an old worn-out bed. Having said that, opined the ambience and location somewhat compensated the shortcomings but I will have second thoughts about staying at the Impiana again in my next visit. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Actually,we are not yet checked out from Impiana, as we prolonged our stay for another week, directly at the hotel.We are very satisfied with our stay here, the resort is very comfortably situated, directly on Patong beach, plenty of space, good service and enough sun lounges, if it was not for the overwhelming number of Germans, preoccupying all sun beds from probably 4 or 5 in the morning!The breakfast is a dream, the best we have had for years in Thailand, served at the utmost atmosphere, all servants tip toe for your comfort, bringing all your needed food and beverage directly to your table, even before you knew you wanted it.Our room was more standard, clean and ordinary equipped, but nothing more. We asked for a weight, but nothing happened. Food at beach bar and restaurants good and a bit expensive. One of the servants, named Ying , did a wonderful service in booking time at a dentist for my wife, she and her husbond picked us up at the hotel at her day off and took us to the dentist, introduced our case to the dentist and waited two hours for the treatment to be finished. Thereafter they finally invited us for dinner at their home and accompanied us to hotel. Wonderful service and attitude.We will quite sure be back later. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Dear,I was really surprised , as it was my first visit to phuket with my family, the hotel was perfect , as it was directly located on Patong Beach, all the stuff are very friendly , our rooms were directly on the beach view the A/C was working properly , few mosquitoes wondering the room if you keep the door open and the SPA is excellent as well as the swimming pool. I really recommend the hotel for people that want to relax and at the same time be in the middle of the night action.Thanks to all IMPIANA STUFF we will come again.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: A lovely place right on Patong Beach. You just walk down a couple of steps to the beach (which is guarded by security) and you have plenty of deck chairs and umberella s set up to choose from. If you prefer to stay at the pool though, it also has plenty of deck chairs and an amazing view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy. We had a garden view room where the local cats liked to congregate both day and night to fight etc and we could hear the traffic and music from the street. Another room further away from the street though and you probably shouldn t hear it. The free breakfast was a delicious smorgasboard with plenty of choices. The staff were courteous but not super friendly on our visit. They were happy for us to have a late check out of 6.30pm due to a 9pm flight (an extra 1000 baht) but we also had the choice of putting our bags in the cloaking room and using the hotel facilities for the day including showers to freshen up before we left (free of charge). They have two computers near the lobby for free internet connection but the connection is rather slow. You get a 30min time alotment but they will allow you to extend it if no-one else is waiting to use them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definately go back again. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The staff was super friendly, the hotel very clean and updated, and it s right on the beach. Unlike other hotels that say they are on the beach, the Impiana hotel literally is on Patong beach. I will be staying here on my next visit for my entire stay. I made the mistake of booking two hotels for my stay and lets just say that I should have stayed here fro the entire stay. The only minor issue I had was with their internet connection speed. I used up 15min of my 30min allotted time just waiting for the page to load. Other then that my stay was perfect. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The style, location and service were definitely well above normal for Phuket. That is high praise indeed, as most places offer excellent service. However the location and style of the resort singles this property out as simply one of the best.The staff could not do enough for you. Everything was about as good as it gets. Located literally right on the beach with one of Patong s best restaurants in house.The contemporary, pavilion-styled Siamese buildings and rooms, were ample, pleasing and aesthetically calming.A superb place to stay.
