Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Stayed here for 4 nights from xmas day 2010. Location is perfect for accessing the beach (150m)and Bangla Rd(4-5 min walk). This is a small guest house at the end of a small Soi off Beach Rd. There are a few restaurants and massage places on the soi which is fairly quiet. Rooms are fairly modern but quite small. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: It s fine, the hotel is small but so convineience cleany and quietly. Service is ok I can take some tour and taxi in fairy price here. Don t compare with 5star hotel it s a budget hotel that Value for Money..

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Just a very basic hotel with no frills. Recommended if you just need a place to shower & sleep. However, there s a few points to comment, the shower is difficult to adjust to the right temperature. It goes hot & cold all times, which is very frustrating. I spent long time in the bathroom not showering but adjusting the water temp! Also, my room was at the front & there s a construction going on opp the hotel, which is super noisy at 6.30am thailand time onwards! Anyway, if there s isn t a construction, I believe it will be a better stay. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: It was a good experience at Phuttasa Residence Patong. I was there with two of my other girlfriends on 7 May 09 and they agreed that Phuttasa makes us feel at home. The rooms were kept clean everyday and housekeeping wld change new towels everyday. Reception was extremely helpful till the day of check out. And they even had taxi service to airport for 600 baht only. Excellent staffs,cosy beds.Good value for budget travellers.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This is a great budgeted hotel. We just had our stayed for 3 nights. We choose the superior plus room at the 3rd floor with small balcony. Since it was the top floor we re safe from footstep sound from the staircase. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful!! Thumb Up.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Nice lobby decor, good location. Windows open to concrete wall or adjacent building windows. Toilet tiles are stained and fixtures mouldy, but no complains for the price paid. Good for short term stay or transit.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we stayed for 3 nights, with a very reasonable price, place was clean and foremost great location...the only problem we had was that the room had mosquitoes (but only on the first night) and window was facing the other building which we didn t really had a good view. Oh well, if your in phuket,believe me...the last thing you would do is staying in your room...;)anyway, bed is comfortable, so you will still have a good night sleep ...did i mentioned the staff are friendly and helpful...word of advice, if this is your first time in patong..you should pick this place! as the location is just perfect! my sincere thanks to the all the phuttasa staff..

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Dont be deceived by the beautiful facade and pictures from internet cos the interior of the hotel is not pleasant. 1st of all, we were given a room with window but that window is facing a wall of another building! The wall is as close as 6 . The room is musty, the towel stinks as though it hv nt been dried properly. Im not sure if we slept on clean bedsheets.The toilet is a nightmare! When we checked it and throughout our stay, the sink wasnt scrubbed, you could see mould on the toilet wall and shower curtain! On top of that it is located right at the end of a dead end one way alley, so the taxi does not want to drive us in. The only plus point is the location which is at patong. The price is good but it is not an excuse for them not to maintain on cleanliness. With the same price we cud get a better hotel at Karon which is quieter and relaxing.

Bookingprosessen: PhuketGuiden.com.com is a great booking service. I booked accommodation in both Bangkok and Patong Beach using this service and have no complaints. Any queries that i had were answered immediately by email. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This was a great place to stay. The foyer is very modern and the rooms are great but some are a bit on the small side if staying for a long period. Situated just a short walk to the beach with many restaurants and shops in the street. Also, laundry lady is just across the road. Markets and nightclubs are only about a 5 -10 minute walk away with Minimart, chemist and ATM even closer. Staff were very polite and helpful even providing towels for beach use. We had a small problem with water leaking into the room after one night of extremely heavy rain but were were moved to another room immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay there again. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: good affordable place, not any facilities though... just a place to sleep. But overall, the residence was very clean both in the lobby and the room. Location is very good, 5 minute walk to bangla rd and banana disco. The only problem is, not many people know about this, so its a bit tricky explaining the location the first time.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Great location,100 yards to beach at the end of busy cul-de-sac.Min on reception excellent really helpful.Carpet fitted to noisey wooden stairs while we were there much improved as all night traffic on them. recommend front rooms as the rear ones are 18 inches from the guest house at rear in room 401 the sliding window blind conceals a single glazed window inches away from an opening window into your neighbours room. We had five hardcore party animals who raged until 5a.m. If you are not nocturnal look elsewhere or pay the extra for a street room.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Great location,an alley that leads to patong beach & a few mins walk to bangla rd. Great rooms, the downside is that we can hear guests walking up and down the stairs. The lobby s modern artistic decor is beautiful but there s loads of mosquitos!! Just 3mins being in the lobby u ll probably get bitten 2-5 times!! So just spray on lotsa insect repellent on urself if u plan to chill @ the lobby watching tv or using the internet. [PhuketGuiden.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The location is excellent close to the beach but quiet in a seqluded area.small rooms no balcony, no elevator, no breakfast. It s priced way too high though. a computer free to use in the lobby was great.
